Product Range

Sheoga hardwood flooring and wood paneling is slowly and carefully milled to a precise fit, ensuring trouble free installation of hardwood floors. Our own kiln-drying facilities ensure that all lumber has been properly dried, equalized, and fully conditioned for hardwood flooring and wood paneling use. Our hardwood flooring and wood paneling are easy to install and easy to order. Micro-bevel is typically used for all prefinished flooring but is also available for unfinished flooring.

Grade: Clear Grade (no knots or mineral streaks) or Character Grade (containing sound knots and filled knots, mineral streaks, and other naturally occurring characteristics).

The various species of unfinished flooring available from Sheoga come in two different grades. A Clear grade, which is free of knots/defects and Character grade that features tight, fillable knots and mineral streaks which add charm and offer a less formal appearance.

Sheoga offers truly unique options of textures: Old Mill, Vintage Charm, and Country Worn Scrape. As well as Age-Brushed, Band Sawn, and Sawcut for all our unfinished and prefinished solid or engineered flooring. Available in a variety of species and finishes – the choice to create an uncompromisingly rich and distinct look is yours. Available Unfinished or Prefinished in Solid or Engineered.

Aged Brushed (Wire Brushed)

Age-brushed (or wire-brushed) flooring characterizes a very specialized texturing technique. After the individual flooring blanks are tongue and grooved and sanded, the flooring is brushed with a hard-wire wheel. The end result is a dramatic-looking floor, with accentuated character and natural texture.

Band Sawn

A similar process to our Sawcut texture, Sheoga’s band sawn look offers a horizontally-scarred saw cut texture creating a perfectly unique and weathered aesthetic!

Saw Cut

Circular-sawn or Sawcut flooring has been around since the early pioneers. This texturizing provides an authentic look of times gone by.

Country Worn

Country worn texturizing is unique to Sheoga. We have designed a machine which holds multiple knives, producing a non-repetitive pattern for a unique, time-worn look.. You can specify the level of distress desired, from a light scrape to an intensely scarred surface. We will maintain a history of your texturing preferences, so it can be reproduced in the event of damage to your flooring in the future.

Vintage Charm

Also unique to Sheoga, our Vintage Charm scrape utilizes our randomized knife pattern with heavier scrape to closely resemble our Old Mill texture. You can specify the level of distress desired, from a light scrape to an intensely scarred surface. We will maintain a history of your texturing preferences, so it can be reproduced in the event of damage to your flooring in the future.

Old Mill

At Sheoga, craftsmen work exclusively on your flooring, scraping each board and pillowing the edges by hand. The result is a unique floor – with no two boards exactly alike.

Sheoga’s Significant Collection ¾” Engineered Hardwoods feature a 5.25mm wear layer comparable to the wear layer of our Solid flooring!

It is available in Ash, Beech, Cherry, Maple, Hickory, Red Oak, White Oak, Walnut, Live Sawn White Oak, and Quartered & Rift White Oak. The substrate is a cross-grained, 11-ply FSC®-certified Baltic Birch plywood, which is adhered to the wood veneer with a hot melt, urethane adhesive. Sheoga’s Significant Collection is sold as FSC® Mixed 71%.
